Emma Raducanu’s 2025 earnings have been unveiled following her withdrawal from next month’s exhibition matches in the United States. The British tennis star pulled out of two high-profile events in Newark and Miami this week, which are due to take place between December 7 and 8.
The 2021 US Open champion is reportedly dealing with light bone bruising in her right foot. Raducanu had already ended her season early due to health concerns, withdrawing from her last two official tournaments of the year after battling an illness during most of the Asian swing.
Despite missing out on hefty appearance fees she would have pocketed in the unofficial upcoming matches in America, the British tennis star has had a successful year.
The 23-year-old demonstrated that she could hold her own against some of the top players in the game in her matches against world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka at Wimbledon and Cincinnati, despite losing both times.

Even though her record for the year isn’t particularly impressive, having won 28 and lost 22 of her matches, Raducanu managed to rake in a reported $1.45million (£1.1m) in WTA Tour prize money alone.
This doesn’t include the money she’s earned through appearance fees, sponsorships and bonuses. It brings her career prize money earnings to a staggering $5.96m (£4.56m).
Just under half of that sum came from her remarkable victory at Flushing Meadows in 2021, where she became the first qualifier in the Open Era to win a Grand Slam, doing so without dropping a set.
Raducanu, as one of the most highly endorsed players on the WTA Tour, certainly appears to be in a strong financial position. Companies House records from the 2023 accounts reveal that Raducanu had a net worth of £8m.
Her assets also amounted to £10.2m, but these figures could be significantly higher when considering the figures for 2024 and this year.
If she maintains her form and stays injury-free, she could earn even more next year, with the British No.1 hoping to secure a seeded entry into January’s Australian Open.
Raducanu is still aiming to compete at the United Cup – a mixed-teams event held in Perth and Sydney, Australia – in late December and early January. She has been selected to represent Great Britain in the season-opening tournament alongside Jack Draper.
