HE SNITCHED: Hamilton’s “Winter Break Promise” Exposed As Lie After He Was Spotted In Secret Dark Pact Meeting

Lewis Hamilton’s promise of a quiet, disconnected winter break did not last long, as the seven-time world champion resurfaced on social media with his phone in hand.

The Briton was spotted at a Lululemon store – the clothing brand he represents as an ambassador – promoting a new collection titled ‘The Lewis Hamilton Edit’. Hamilton modelled several pieces from the line himself, using his phone to take selfies and showcase the range to his followers.
Earlier this year, Hamilton surprised shoppers at one of the brand’s stores by going undercover as a member of staff, although it did not take long before he was recognised.
By posting the update on Instagram and appearing with his phone, Hamilton has, at least for now, failed to stick to the promise he made to GPblog in Abu Dhabi.
Speaking after the final Grand Prix of the season, the Ferrari driver explained his intention to ditch his device following a challenging debut campaign with the Italian outfit. He said: “No one’s be able to get hold of me this winter. I won’t have my phone with me. I’m looking forward to that. It’s completely unplugged from the matrix,” he said after the last Grand Prix of the year.

Difficult year for Hamilton at Ferrari

Hamilton departed Mercedes at the end of last year to begin a new chapter with the iconic Ferrari outfit. However, despite the huge enthusiasm surrounding the high-profile move, the 2025 season failed to live up to expectations.

Hamilton’s debut season with Ferrari was marked by frustration, and his interviews offered little hint of optimism, fueling media speculation about a possible retirement.
Only recently did former F1 steward Johnny Herbert suggest that the seven-time world champion may have delivered a farewell speech following the Abu Dhabi GP.
